Yes! The app includes confirmation prompts before any deletion and maintains a complete audit trail of all actions. However, order deletions are permanent and cannot be undone. We recommend exporting orders to CSV before deletion.
The app is currently free during beta. Production pricing will be €0.99/month with no order limits. All features included - no hidden fees or premium tiers.
No. We only store session tokens and audit logs (which orders were deleted, when, and by whom). We never store order contents, customer data, or payment information. All order data is fetched directly from Shopify when you open the app.

The app requires: read_orders (To display your orders), write_orders (To delete orders), read_customers (Optional - To display customer names in order list)
Yes! Simply go to Settings → Apps and sales channels → [Your app] → Uninstall. All your data (sessions, audit logs) will be automatically deleted 48 hours after uninstallation, as required by Shopify's GDPR compliance.

Date Range (Today, Yesterday, Last 7/30 days, This month, All time), Payment Status (Paid, Pending, Refunded, Partially Refunded), Fulfillment Status (Fulfilled, Unfulfilled, Partially Fulfilled), and Search by order number or details.
Yes! Select the orders you want to export, then click "Export CSV" in the bulk actions menu. We highly recommend exporting before deletion.

Yes! Click "View details" next to any order to see order items, payment and fulfillment status, and order total. You can also delete directly from the details modal.

You can select and delete up to 50 orders at once. The app displays 50 orders per page by default. For larger deletions, use filters to segment orders into batches.
Common causes: Filters are active - click "Clear all" to reset, App permissions not granted - reinstall the app, No orders in your store - create test orders first, Date range filter excluding orders - try "All time".
Shopify restricts deletion of orders that: Have active fulfillments in progress, Are currently being processed by payment gateway, Have pending refunds or chargebacks.
Wait for the order to complete processing, then try again.

You can cancel anytime from your Shopify admin under Settings → Apps → Delete Order App → Uninstall. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
